Summary: This property served as my home when working in Middle Georgia for 3 consecutive weeks, and I am beyond grateful to have had such a beautiful, warm, and welcoming place to hang my hat. The property was clean, and amenities/utilities (washer/dryer, dishwasher, linens, etc.) were accessible and in perfect working condition. Summary: For the price, this is great for 2 peeps. A bit had a fine, a looks a bit rugged on the outside, but once you get in, you're good.

Summary: The Susannah was a great stay for a weekend course at Mercer. It was a quick 10 min drive to campus and was really close to the lake where Fish n Pig was located. Everything was very clean on the inside with a spacious 1 bedroom and big bath. The living room is spacious and there is a really nice outside deck area to enjoy. The location is in a very nice area right off the main road. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: We evacuated here when hurricane Irma was approaching FL. The owners were wonderful. We had to change plans due to my husband having to work. We got in very early when we were expected late in the afternoon. Nothing fazed them. They just offered to help any way they could. They were easy to get in touch with and responded in a short time.The apt was very nice. It was so quiet and peaceful. There is a little patio on which I sat and listened to the birds. We loved it and will definitely stay again.

Summary: My first impression when arriving at the building was that we'd made a mistake. The building itself does not give the cozy and inviting feeling I've come to expect in a vacation rental. But I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into our suite. It was nice, clean, and comfortable. A small balcony overlooking a wooded area with lots of birds was so nice. The owner was very helpful via text or phone and graciously postponed our checkout time to accommodate our flight schedule.
